Another Edition of the Good, the Bad & the Ugly

The Good: Washington Nationals(for another Week)- The Nats have been on an amazing run this August, last week they were in the good & since then they have gone 5-1 and in August there record is 17-6 with beating the Giants over the weekend 2 out of 3 games.

The Bad: Boston Red Sox 8 game losing streak- The Red Sox got treated like the AL West whipping team with the Astros, Angels & Mariners having killed the Red Sox, the defending World Series champs are at 74 losses now & only playing out the string of games before tee times begin.

The Ugly: Key Injuries in AL Pennant Races- A’s Closer Sean Poolittle (15 Day DL for strained right intercostal.Should be back before season ends), Angels RHP Starter Garrett Richards (60 Day DL MRI revealed a torn left patellar tendon) The Angels will be without his services for the next 6-9 months.) O’s 3rd Baseman Manny Machado (60 Day DL eason-ending surgery on his ailing right knee).
