Demarus Dye| BKD TV Insiders
Here on BKD TV its time for our major bowl game projections, mainly for the six College Football Playoff Games. These are our Projections for Week 11:
Peach Bowl: Michigan State vs. Kansas State
I see the Big Ten Champion going to Atlanta along with either the Big XII Champion or runner up.
Fiesta Bowl: Marshall vs. Arizona State
The Group of Five is guaranteed a spot which looks like Marshall after East Carolina’s loss on Saturday, also right now the Fiesta Bowl would love to see the Sun Devils keep winning & then lose once or twice.
Orange Bowl: Alabama vs. TCU
With Florida St being one of the top four teams, the Orange Bowl losses the ACC Champion, the Orange Bowl also has a tie in with the SEC or Notre Dame twice, I see the Orange Bowl using the SEC & maybe getting the Big XII Champion or runner up to participate.
Cotton Bowl: Notre Dame vs. Ole Miss
With the Cotton Bowl normally having the SEC vs. Big XII in years past, I could see this happening if possible or even getting Notre Dame to join the game.
College Football Playoff Semifinals
Rose Bowl: 2 Florida State vs. 3 Oregon
The two & three seeds look like they are going to the Granddaddy of them all the Rose Bowl, Oregon would be there normally because of them being the Pac-12 Champion, but Florida State would not be. The Seminoles won the Last BCS Title in Pasadena last season.
Sugar Bowl: 1 Mississippi State vs. 4 Auburn
Right now there are two SEC West teams in the playoff field & for there to be a rematch in the Big Easy, the top seed would want to be in New Orleans rather than in California.
These projections will change by the week, come back next week for our playoff rankings & projections on BKD TV.
